Of course this woman supports the pres. He's the only person in America with the same complete lack of knowledge of his native tongue as she exhibits. Further, they seem to be in agreement that he should be king or czar or some other not-really-elected head of state whom no one can question for fear of legal trouble (hmm -- sounds like a certain former leader we recently pulled out of a hole.) And, oh my dear god - she has a radio show, too.

Home Again

So, I spent the last week in San Diego at a conference. It was good. I saw lots of people who I only see once a year, ate some good food, and went to some good sessions. It is always good to be home, though.

The most exciting thing, though, is that the collective conscience of the US seems to finally be waking up from the little turn-of-the-century nap it has been taking.
