So, a friend at work was smokin' at the airport with a bunch of soldiers the other day and struck up a conversation with them. They claimed that they were on their way to Iraq - specifically to an area near the Iranian border. They went on to tell him that they would be there until around January when they expect to receive orders to invade Iran.
While I have no idea whether this is true or not, it really disgusts me that I am living in a place and time where I have to even assume that it *might* be true. I mean, it really might. This regime - er- administration is really just arrogant enough to do that.
