CSPAN rocks

I am spending a small piece of my lunch watching the senate debate Rice's nomination on C-SPAN.org. While I doubt that Condi will be denied the new position, I am pleased because the Dems are getting up one after another to vent about issues surrounding her lack of truth-telling. OOOh - maybe, just maybe, the second round of the GW will not be a carte blanche free-for-all.

Okay, it may be sad, but is this really headline news??

Sure, it's sad and all, but given all the other stuff going on, is it a breaking news that the gossip columnists and entertainment writers have been stressed out by the break-up of a Hollywood marriage?

I guess this provides proof - for those who suspected that CNN was returning to a more news-focused existence - that there is still plenty of space out there for brain candy even with the collapse of Crossfire.
